Who is responsible

Lemi Puzzle operates lemipuzzle.com and is responsible for the personal information described here. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to hello@lemipuzzle.com.

Information we process

• Account details: display name, email address and a securely hashed password.
• Game information: completed puzzles, selected difficulty, time, moves, favorites and leaderboard results.
• Creator content: uploaded images, puzzle titles, descriptions, licenses and moderation records. Image metadata is removed during processing.
• Contact and security information: messages you send us, session identifiers, IP address and basic server logs used to secure and operate the service.
• With permission, Google Analytics usage data such as pages viewed, sessions, approximate location, and browser or device information.
• Browser storage: unfinished puzzle positions, recent games, local favorites and privacy preferences stored on your device.

Why we use it

We process account and game information to provide the service you request. We use security logs, moderation records and limited technical information for our legitimate interest in preventing abuse, protecting rights and keeping Lemi Puzzle reliable. Contact information is used to answer your message.

Storage and recipients

Information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above. Account data remains until the account is deleted; security logs are normally retained for a limited operational period; contact messages may remain in our mailbox while the request is being handled and for reasonable follow-up.

Data may be processed by our hosting, database and email providers only as needed to run the service. If you allow analytics, usage data is processed by Google Analytics under the retention settings of our analytics property. We do not sell personal information or enable advertising personalization in the Google tag.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Email hello@lemipuzzle.com; we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

You can remove locally saved game data through your browser settings. Deleting browser storage does not delete information already saved to a registered account.

Children and changes

Lemi Puzzle is a general-audience service and is not intended to collect personal information from children who cannot legally consent without a parent or guardian. Contact us if you believe such information was submitted.

We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will remain available on this page.
